Dr. Paz Vital Flow

Dr. Ivana Paz, M.D., runs a ninety-day wellness coaching program that begins with a hair epigenetic assessment and a 24-page report. We designed and built the whole product around it: the marketing website, a role-based client portal, and a companion mobile app.

The brief

What the client needed.

Vital Flow is a practice built on a relationship: a physician reads a client’s report, translates it into a plan, and walks beside them for twelve weeks. Before this project, that relationship lived in PDFs and email attachments. The brief was to give it one home, for the client and for Dr. Paz, without losing the calm, personal tone of the practice.

We treated it as a product, not a website. The public site explains the method and sells the program. The portal is where Dr. Paz runs her practice and where clients read their results. The mobile app is what clients actually open every day: their plan, their journal, their breathwork, and their sessions.

Because this is health-adjacent work, the copy follows the practice’s own line throughout: this is a wellness assessment, not a laboratory or DNA test, and outcomes are never promised.

What we built

  • Marketing website with method, report, portal, packages, and about pages, plus a live-event page that takes registrations for community Zoom calls
  • Web portal with four role-based areas: superadmin, practitioner, guide, and client
  • Companion mobile app for iOS and Android built with Expo and React Native: Today, Plan, Sanctuary, Journal, Sessions, Messages
  • Database backend with authentication, private file storage, and row-level security for every role
  • Stripe checkout on the web and in-app subscriptions through RevenueCat
  • Private one-to-one video sessions between client and practitioner over WebRTC
  • AI parsing of the uploaded 24-page report into readable chapters and structured priorities
  • Supplement recommendations through a Fullscript integration
  • Consent gate, two-step email sign-in, and in-app account deletion
Worth a closer look

The details that matter.

  • Results released chapter by chapter

Dr. Paz releases report chapters one at a time, on a schedule, or spread across the ninety days. Unreleased content is blocked at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.

  • A PDF that grows with the client

A server-side function assembles each client’s PDF from the released pages only, so the document grows with every release until it matches the original report.

  • AI that reads the report

The 24-page report, including its graphics, is parsed into chapters plus structured data: priorities, a ninety-day food list, additives to avoid, and recommended foods.

  • The Sanctuary

Six breathwork worlds with looping video and voice guidance, a signature 4:4:6 breathing pattern, and a library of 37 lossless audio frequencies.

  • A twelve-week program tracker

The paper coaching guide became thirteen session cards with agendas and homework, and a “this week” card on the client’s home screen.

  • A homepage you can play

Strands of hair drawn on a canvas twist into DNA double helices as you scroll, and respond to the cursor with musical notes.
