Moj Lekar
Moj Lekar lets Serbian speakers living abroad describe a health concern in their own language and get a written answer from a doctor in Belgrade within 24 hours, for a single 20 € payment. We designed the brand, the product, and the platform behind it.

What the client needed.
Living abroad means a new health system, long waits, and a language barrier at exactly the moment you need clarity. Moj Lekar does not replace a local doctor, and says so plainly. It helps a patient understand what their symptoms and results might mean, and prepares them for the appointment they still need to have.
The product had to be narrow to be trustworthy: one question, one answer, one follow-up, one final answer. No subscription, no account required, no medical jargon.
What we built
- Public site: home, about, doctors, a free advice library, pharmacy information, and eight symptom-category pages
- Patient area: sign-up, onboarding, dashboard, new question with document upload, conversation view, and billing
- Guest consultations through a private link, so a paying patient never has to register
- Doctor dashboard and profile, plus an admin area with question management
- Checkout with a webhook that ties each payment to its consultation
- Serverless API on Vercel with a LibSQL database and email notifications through Resend
- Security headers, encrypted storage utilities, session handling, and audit logging
The details that matter.
A fixed-scope product
The flow itself enforces the promise: one question, an answer within 24 hours, one follow-up on the same problem, then a final answer.
No account needed
A token-based consultation link lets a patient pay, ask, and read the reply without creating a login.
Three roles, one system
Patients, doctors, and administrators each get their own surface over the same set of questions.
“Clinical Tenderness”
A design system with one carefully rationed blue sampled from the logo, a serif paired with a monospace for clinical detail, and an ECG trace as the recurring motif.
Honest about its limits
A dedicated section spells out what the service does and does not do: no remote diagnosis, no prescriptions, no emergencies.
