What the client needed.
Mickey Burkes had the crowd, the games, the live music, and the menu. What it did not have was a digital presence that could keep up: a website that shows the atmosphere, a way to reward regulars, and a steady voice on search and social.
So we built all three as one system. The website is the front door. Behind it sits custom software: a rewards program where members earn and redeem at the bar, and a management dashboard the staff run themselves, connected to the Toast point of sale the bar already uses. Local SEO and daily content bring new people to that front door.
